Comfortable and convenient.
Disappointed that we didn't have a tub; this was not revealed when I made the reservation.
We love the pillows and bed very comfy, also very close to train station, cleaners did good job the bathroom good size and shower pressure very good
Breakfast not so good and the location is not very boring however very close to train so didn't spend anytime in woodside. The worst thing about this place is that you have to wait so long for the lift and the cleaners usually use it so sometimes after waiting 10 min the cleaners rush in lift with their big rubbish containers which means you need to wait again they have no etiquette they also are very loud in the morning speaking to each other and to hotel manager in Indian from two different levels so they have to shout to each other with their language also hotel manager very unprofessional and they charged our credit card extra hoping we wouldn't notice so make sure you double check your credit card we had to make so many international calls to rectify the mistake and he made no extra effort to call us back or email us he left all the work to be done by us
Affordable and clean hotel a 20 minute subway ride from downtown manhatten.
The dining space was a bit small.
Proximity to the subway.
The trafic in the hall at night and the door banging.
I just loved this hotel ... I recommend! Was built recently. Great location, metro station is on the same block, 3 minutes walking. The room has a good size, with comfortable king bed and pillows, soft sheets, white towels, very clean ... lcd tv 32 "with multiple channels, new furniture. It has a little refrigerator and coffee maker, coffee powder always available. The bathroom is wonderful, granite, perfect shower. Silent room, with sound-absorbing windows... I also liked the service and all employees are indian and very discreet. Cleaner service was efficient. I liked the neighborhood, many irish bars, pharmacies, groceries. At night I used to walk, and think was very safe. Interestingly, there was only foreigners, I did not see americans in the neighborhood! The breakfast was great with eggs, bread, cereal, milk, coffee, donuts and cupcakes. When the table was not available, I took it to the room, which was unusual. Anyway, my husband and I loved everything, we'll come back for sure!
Room is good. Quadruple glasing prevents noice from Quens Ave. Atm in the hotel.
Reception couldn't find my booking and took some time to get that sorted out. Breakfast is limited.
The hotel staff is very nice!! Very helpfull!! The room was clean, big, modern bathroom. Near metro.
The breakfast was a little bit poor, in a small place. But the value of money is excellente.
Very nice/comfortable bed. Near mrt
Vendo couldnt accept $1 coins and dollar bills higher than 1 and concierge had no change. Very slow elevator because housekeeping keep on using it in the morning.
Very good desk staff. The location was 1 block from the Metro station. There were 2 excellent local restaurants within that 1 block from the hotel. The room was big by NYC standards. The place was brand new. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good.
Nothing major to dislike. The maid staff missed some things during clean up. The room refrigerator didn't work but there was plenty of ice from the ice machines.
helpful staff, good location for NYC sightseeing - just 3min walk to 52nd street metro station, decent breakfast, nice and clean room with enough space (quite big for NYC actually :) )
not enough breakfast space that makes it crowdy all the time (just 10 seats for 5 floor hotel) and breakfast could be better
Location is fine and close to the subway station, neighborhood is somewhat far but easy to go the airport and downtown.
Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was not varied and not enough seating for all guests but could take food to room so no problem
Lowest level room by the laundry room where the laundry guy did laundry late at night. The egg round things(I think they were trying to be eggs) for breakfast not only looked bad but would make nice hockey pucks. I don't think anybody ate them. The hotel should try boiled eggs or get a waffle machine.
Good regarding price and easy access to the city
Breakfast and breakfast area is ridiculous. Also have been biten by bedbugs but not 100% sure it was in this hotel.
Very accessible to subway and the room was very clean
